The wallpaper is peeling and it seems they haven't heard of room cleaning, as I woudl ve expected it everyday. The noise from a party continued till 3am, it's unacceptable. One would think they might offer a complimentary gesture after such disturbances, but nope! Almost gave a good review, just couldn't with such disapointments.

The hotel is stylish, nestled in a functional building with a warm atmosphere. It has spacious rooms and a good pool. The property has a central location in Crowne plaza. Good service and the food is delicious...

the hotel is far from the centre, on foot in about 30 minutes, very tiring to get there. No transport nearby, nothing to drive up. On the site it was not clear what is really so far! we came for 2 days, wanted to quickly see the city, a lot of time was spent to get to the center. Next to the hotel, no life at all, private sector. The hotel is really three stars, no more, the interior is outdated, needs a good repair. Toilet paper is the cheapest, very bad quality, no hotel has ever seen this before. The reception does not speak Russian. Kindness and friendliness have not been seen.

Not a bad spa area included in the accommodation. Good breakfast. The staff was friendly, except for one girl who was staying on May 1st and 2nd. Parking is free. I guess that's it.

The hotel does not meet the network standard at all. The girl at the reception at check-in exhausted all her nerves, because she did not understand our 2 separate reservations per group, demanded to pay a larger amount than was stated in the reservation. The issue was resolved only after calling the receptionist. Rooms require renovation - all rooms are old, shabby, hole in the curtain. At the restaurant, half of the wine list items are simply not available, offering analogues. Feeding is also a problem, although the price tag is not small.

Unexpected room upgrade delight

My stay began with an unexpected room upgrade, offering me ample space and an very nice view of Vingis Park. The breakfast buffet was well-rated and invigorating.

Friendly staff, especially liked the breakfast and lobby bar service and food super!

When we arrived, there was no parking space, the hotel staff, smiling nicely, said "shrie" we have a conference, although the room was booked for the week, indicating that you need a parking space. I had to park along the road. The pool with saunas and Jacuzzi was a great disappointment. The water in the pool is cold, the jacuzzi is not working, the hammam is not working, and this is a 4-star hotel! We booked an executive room for smokers - the room is clean, neat, no questions. But the persistent smell of smoking room ... I can not put it in words, it feels like they were in the Soviet Union in a hotel for workers. In my understanding, a room for smokers should be with good ventilation and a balcony, I did not think that you need to smoke right in the room, and even though I do not smoke, my husband smokes, but even he could not get used to this smell, tried to find a balcony in the hallway where you can smoke, but alas, there was no such a place ... The conclusion is that the hotel does not match the 4 stars, pulls a weak 3.

In general, the hotel is not bad, there is at least not a big one for its free parking. Breakfast a year ago was more varied and tasty than this.

The room door didn't close unless it was slammed properly. No soundproofing. You can hear everything that's happening in the common hallway and the next room. On the top floor, a restaurant that likes to roll up banquets and weddings, if the room is on the upper floors be prepared to celebrate with them). A very small double bed in the room... Elevators are old, 1 did not work, the second could not lift more than 3 people at a time, so you had to wait a long time or walk up the stairs.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to the city center! The spacious room offered a beautiful view of the television tower. The kids loved the nested pastries and free drinks waiting for us on arrival. The restaurant was decent and had a nice variety.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness could use some improvement.

great breakfast, cleanliness, comfortable bed, soft cushions, despite the holiday in the restaurant, was heard in the elevator, room is excellent soundproofing. It is a warm atmosphere in the room, we will be glad to return to this hotel again.

in the hotel, except for us, there were Russian-speaking tourists, I would like to meet the reception desk clerk with at least minimal knowledge of Russian language, our knowledge of German did not help us All the same in Vilnius historically there are a lot of people who speak Russian, as well as a lot of tourists, and the young porter does not know him even minimally. After all, the hotel is large, it would be good to consider this point.

Beautiful hotel in price, quality and location from the railway station and city center. The room was great with a view of the city (we recommend taking a higher floor - the visibility is stunning). The room is clean, cozy. I was pleased with the mini-bar. Also provided free bottled water, chocolate, tea-coffee-sugar. Bathroom is great. Shower gel, body cream, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer... Everything you need for a comfortable stay at this hotel has. Speaking of breakfast, which was included in the room rate, we were just delighted. The choice of buffet dishes was so delightful... side dishes, meat dishes, fine pastries, fruit, tea and coffee and milk... Recommend!!! Great hotel!!!
